We LOVE Charlie! She is a hard worker, always attentive and very friendly! This time our sleep was not good because of the bed and the pillows. I tossed and turned and had a sore back both mornings I woke up. We had a king bed on the 3rd floor left hand side closest to the elevator. Quality sleep is SOOO important to us. Thank you.
