I would not recommend this hotel. I have stayed in the past and it used to be excellent, this is not the case anymore. We arrived and checked in to a dirty room. Blood stains and hairs in one of the beds, someone’s snacks left in the bedside table and carpets that clearly had not been vacuumed. The lobby and hot tub area was ok however the bottom of the pool and hot tubs was not clean with debris. There are much nicer properties to spend your money and time at in Grand Forks.

Although it is a nice property overall our room was on the outside and the window leaked like a sieve. The heater struggled to keep the room warm.

Overall excellent property. This was a last minute stay as the border was closed due to weather. Just stayed 2 nights at Fargo C,mon Inn and loved it there so stay at C,mon Inn Grand Forks!, highly recommended
