"Great room for a budget stay. Room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet despite the main road outside (good double glazing). Close to an underground station, and onlly 10 minutes' walk to Neumarkt - a big shopping area with a Lidl and Aldi. The "no staff" element seems a little odd, but the check-in worked well and there's a large, warm comfortable lounge area downstairs. WiFi is rapid. "For my needs, location and price, this hotel worked very well. Apart from the breakfast room and a few seats in reception there are no public areas to relax. However my room was comfortable enough and you could purchase drinks and snacks from reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the art hanging around the corridors and I loved the view of the cathedral from my room. "
