"If you enjoy a million-dollar hilltop view at a reasonable price, try this one! We stayed for 5 nights. Loved everything! The room is spacious, clean, and updated. The bed is very comfortable. With a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, and all the cookware and utensils, we saved a lot of money by making simple yet delicious meals. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring your eye mask for a few indicator lights on different appliances and earplugs for the slight noise of A/C and fridge. But compared to the amazing view from the balcony, we have nothing to complain about. Close to everything, but you definitely need a car. Won't recommend walking up and down on the narrow mountain road with no sidewalk even though Google may tell you the restaurant nearby only takes a 15-minute walk."

"Olga’s Fancy was awesome. My boyfriend and I stayed there 1/2-1/9 (2025). The hotel is located in Frenchtown with breathtaking views. Eddie and Candy were welcoming hosts. They were in contact prior to my arrival to verify my arrival time. Eddie greeted us in the lobby when we arrived and provided recommendations for food, shopping, beaches to visit, and other attractions. There were 4 restaurants plus a McDonalds within walking distance of the hotel. There was free coffee every morning in the open air lobby, and filtered water available 24 hours a day in the lobby as well. Eddie and Candy had coolers, beach chairs, a few pool floats, and snorkeling gear that was available for the guests to use at no charge. The pool area was quiet and never overcrowded while we were there. The housekeeping staff were great, coming in daily to provide fresh towels, straighten up, and make the bed. Yes, there are a lot of steps, however there are several landing areas with chairs to rest if needed while taking your luggage to your room. I never felt that the steps were a hindrance and the exercise was nice after eating all the amazing food on the island! I had never been to St Thomas and wasn’t sure what to expect, but Olga’s Fancy exceeded my expectations. I am already planning my next trip to St Thomas and will definitely be staying at Olga’s Fancy again. "

"The rooms are extremely large with a beautiful balcony view. Staff was excellent & friendly. The only downside are the amount of steps , built on a mountain that’s understandable. We enjoyed our stay , thank you"

"This is an older hotel with magnificient views of the harbor. There have been some upgrades done to the rooms though more are needed which they are working on. The restaurant is closed to the public but is available for bar and light food certain nights for hotel guests. Be aware there are many stairs and not a good place for anyone with stability or walking issues. Breakfast is included which is convenient but more variety would be nice. Overall we enjoyed the stay there especially the views and sunsets from the room balcony. "

"This property is very close to the airport and was enjoyable watching planes take off and land. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach is right off the restaurant/bar. There are plenty of lounge chairs and water sports right there. We rented a car but taxi service was right there when needed. You are 10 minutes from downtown with many shops and restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again."

"The Pink Palm is great. The staff are welcoming -even better, the attentiveness does not stop at check in. Several more appropriately spaced text messages informed me of check in, emergency after desk hour contact information, and checking on us before check out. The plan of the property is impressive. Each room has its own little sense of privacy. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well appointed. Bed is comfy. It was perfect. A 5 minute walk doe hill to main st. 12 minute to ferry to other islands. Porters help with bags up and down the labyrinth of steps in the property."
