The only downfall was the last two days the water in the kitchen and bathroom was orange. No fault of the owner obviously the building was having a water issue. Great condo. "Our condo was perfect for us, location near pool and Sudi's restaurant was terrific. Comfy bed, fans and a/c, stocked kitchen (we didn't use), soaps and shampoo provided, beach towels, cooler and chairs all supplied. Very nice decor and nice balcony. Only thing needing attention was the bedside lamp on left of bed (nearest the door) was not working - cord was wrapped around the base when we arrived. We tried different lightbulbs and outlets but nothing helped. "

"The location of the property is great. Large complex but never felt overcrowded. There were always plenty of beach chairs and it was generally very quiet. Onsite restaurant/bar (Caribbean Fish Market) was wonderful. Great food and great atmosphere. One other casual open-air dining option on property that was also very good for breakfast and lunch. "We had a wonderful stay at Grande Bay. The location was so convenient to restaurants, the ferry terminal, coffee shops, the dive shop, and jeep rental. We really appreciated having beach chairs and towels to use as well as the washer and dryer. The unit was lovely and very clean. We really enjoyed overlooking Cruz Bay and watching the boats coming and going. "
