"This was a great place in a nice neighborhood, close to the university, coffee shops, restaurants, and a dog park within walkable distance. Perfect for my wife and I and our dogs. Drew was very responsive. I will definitely look for his place on future trips to SLC."

"Best stay for skiing Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The guest house is comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, the hosts are on site and responsive. Perfect! We'll be back. "

"My daughter and her boyfriend stayed with me at Kyle’s Guest House. We very much enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. The location turned out to be ideal. We were in town for a ski trip. Our favorite ski areas are Alta and Snowbasin and as it turned out, this location was about the same timewise to each of these ski areas (about 40 min). It is also right near downtown so it was very convenient to get around."

"Absoltuely beautiful location! The Carriage House is even bigger than it looks in photos plenty of room. Great communication from the property manager. WiFi was out when we got there, and we woke up to Cinnamon Rolls the next morning to apologize. Highly recommend."

"This little apt was perfect for us while visiting our kids nearby, over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was comfortable, very clean, had everything we needed. Lots of natural light, which we love. Thanks Rene!!"
