I was surprised at how incredibly close to other homes and apartment buildings it was, and that overnight parking for potentially 7 people was a challenge. Nice to have such a big kitchen and a washer and dryer. We loved playing air hockey and relaxing in the hot tub at nights. The only downside is there is only room to park two vehicles. "
