"La chambre est incroyable! Romantique et calme. La maison est très belle aussi même s'il n'y a pas d'aires commune. La rue est superbe avec de grands arbres et tout près a pied du centre. Le température dans la chambre est un peu chaude et on n'a pas trouvé de moyen de la changer. On a adoré et on recommande!"

"Short weekend stay to go to Alton Towers. Guest house is very cosy and rooms are very pretty and comfortable. Breakfast really good and so was the host. Recommend every day of the week."

"Well placed in centre of Bakewell. Friendly staff. Nice large double bedroom with en suite. As they don't serve breakfast there were a couple of complimentary porridge pots and breakfast biscuits. Tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of t-bags, milk, coffee and hot chocolate sachets with packets of biscuits. Hallway outside room decoration was looking a bit tired. Had a very nice evening meal in the pub"

"This large and very well presented B&B property is ideally situated to visit nearby Hardwick Hall and is just off the motorway. In a safe, rural location, it is purpose built and has plenty of safe easy parking. Our room was spacious well appointed, albeit somewhat functional and lacking decorative touches. The walls are very thin, so our loud neighbour kept us awake most of the night. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate."

"Definitely the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Vegetarian menu (which I’m not used to) but the choice was immense and the food quality was second to none."

Luxury pool complex, totally unique. Full refurbishment 2020. 8:30am to 8:30pm
