"The only con regarding the property is that it is on a small block and parking is scarce. Otherwise the property and stay was wonderful. Joel was a great host: very helpful, and accommodating. Walking through the door, the air is fragrant, the decor is welcoming and the property is clean. Brick wall leading you upstairs, new kitchen appliances, and a fenced backyard. Minor details such as tissue art in both bathrooms made you appreciate the hospitality. Will definitely book & visit again."

"The property was set up very nice for a small group. The neighborhood was peaceful. The property was spacious and had a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the grounds around it. I would recommend stopping at the Broken Goblet Brewery just right down the road. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Philli."

"My 3 sisters and I stayed at Irina’s property for our yearly get together. It was wonderful. Property was perfect for our needs, very clean, and Irina was extremely prompt with her answers to all of our questions. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect. "It was a nice house with a lot of potential, however, more attention to cleaning and maintenance of the house would be appreciated. One of the seats on the roof was broken, the half bathroom sink was clogged, many of the floors were not mopped, the bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly and there was debris on the upstairs bathroom wall that looked like they mopped the floor and used the same mop, without rinsing, to clean the walls. It actually had hair on wall."

"I'll knock out the only issue to start with. The communication was a little frustrating after a long day of travel it was difficult to figure out where to park. They have a guidebook, but it is online only, and is a link to another site. It was supposed to be sent via text, but we had no information and did not receive the text. We had to get the information off the app messages and then copy paste that information into another browser using our mobile phones while I had kids who were tired...
