"We went on a family trip of 16 and we all really enjoyed our stay at this Wyndham Alltra Hotel. All the staff were very kind and would go out of their way to help us in anything. I had stomach issues and one of the waiters prepared a special juice for me. My husband drank a little too much and the next morning another waiter prepared him a special drink to help with his hangover. The entertainment was also wonderful, especially by the pool with the water yoga, water volleyball and dance/song...

"I was a little disappointed about the rooms, especially the beds! we are a family of 3 and our rooms had 2 beds, but the beds were so small, they were not even full size!! they look like more individual sizes! The shows at night were not as good as others that I have seen in other hotels in Cancun."

"I didn’t like that we got there on Sunday and tried to make reservations for the restaurants and they were all booked until Thursday and we were leaning on Friday. I did try calling ahead of time but they told me I needed to be there to make reservations. What’s the point of having these nice restaurants when they are booked when I get there?
