"Beautiful hotel and property. This has been the nicest hotel we have stayed at on the trip to Vietnam. It is not inexpensive like many others but the reason is that it is truly a 5 star hotel. The bed and sheets/linens were superb. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in since arriving. Spend the extra and get the spa services. The massage therapists were exceptional. "We loved our 5 night stay here. It’s our second time at Legacy and we were still really impressed. Our room was upgraded and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly (especially Jenny) and we appreciated the sweet touch of a slice of cake on my husband’s birthday. Convenient location as only a short Grab or shuttle bus into town. "Great little boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Victor was great to help with luggage, Chloe and the girls at the front desk always willing to help with organizing a tour or a car to the airport. Was about a 15 minute walk to old town with a lot to look at along the way! Room was spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel."

"Love this location! Anytime I travel to Hoi An, I stay here. Would like for them to bring back the local snacks (free) at with reservations but that doesn't take away the awesome customer service. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is VERY clean."
