"The parking lot was small, but arriving early ensured a good spot. The shuttle service to and from NRG was a great convenience, making the experience less stressful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, which was a plus. However, the room lacked nightstand table lamps, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the room assigned to us had not been properly vacuumed, with visible fuzz on the carpet, and the bed sheets were dirty and stained. Breakfast service was slow and the quality was underwhelming. Despite these issues, the staff’s kindness stood out, and I’d consider returning to see if cleanliness improves."
