"Check in was fast and friendly. I booked a double room for single use with breakfast . Room 420. The room was large, spotless and had a nice bathroom. Sadly, the drink’s fridge was locked so couldn’t store any cool drinks and there is no kettle for tea and coffee. ( I always carry my own so no problem there ). I slept very well, although, due I think, to the wooded flooring you can hear other guests moving and banging about above you. I booked the room and added breakfast, which I have to say...

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient, few minutes to the Champs Elysee and metro. there are many cafes, restaurants and supermarket. The hotel is quiet, room are clean, no elevator from the ground floor to reception first floor, you have to carry your luggage and go up for the stair. "

"I was surprised how small the room was but as a solo traveler it was fit for purpose. On the plus side I did have a terrace with seat and a table. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard which I was happy with. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices and a glass of cava which was a nice treat. Excellent position for shopping, restaurants and the beach, Thank you very much for a lovely service and hospitality. "

"The hotel exterior and entrance is looking very tired. The awful fragrance being used makes it smell like a care home! The rooms though are fabulous inside with the only issue was having very little hot water for our showers. Do try the Spa it is absolutely beautiful and a bargain at 25 euros each. You must pre book though. It’s a perfect location for exploring Alicante We have stayed here before and will stay again just don’t let the exterior put you off. "
