"The flat was clean and nicely decorated with enough towels and pillows. Alex was very good at ensuring we knew how to check out and any further information...always answered his phone which was great! The area was near to a few shops and cafes but we had a car and would drive out anyway to the main centre of the city which was only 10 mins away or so. There is a bus stop nearby but not sure where it goes. Decent value for money close to main centre but parking can be difficult. Most times...

"This is an enormous property, a bit sleekly commercial, but beautifully situated on the water at the foot of the ocean-front wave walk. I had a sizable corner suite with a huge wraparound terrace, great harbor, city, sea and mountain views. "

"The hotel exterior and entrance is looking very tired. The awful fragrance being used makes it smell like a care home! The rooms though are fabulous inside with the only issue was having very little hot water for our showers. Do try the Spa it is absolutely beautiful and a bargain at 25 euros each. You must pre book though. It’s a perfect location for exploring Alicante We have stayed here before and will stay again just don’t let the exterior put you off. "
