"We didn’t have a code for check in until 4:00 pm. So we couldn’t enter to the apartment until 4:30. I had to call the apartments 5 times and they didn’t give me the code until the last minute. "Location, location, location !!! This is probably one of the best locations in Madrid. Everything is walkable distance: la gran via, museums, shopping, restaurants, metro, bus stations, etc. Extremely convenient, clean, cozy, and comfortable, I'd stay here any time. "

There is small kitchen with the coffee and tea maker, microwave and refrigerator which I found very convenient. They don't have a reception but the owner is always available and responds within the minutes. Also they have a storage lockers in the lobby, where you can store your luggage and the laundry room."
