"The hotel is an amazing older hotel in Alexandria, Louisiana. The hotel has a beautiful lobby that was decorated very well for the holidays. However, there is very limited parking around the hotel and the hotel has none of their own parking. So when the hotel was having multiple holiday parties while we were staying there, we could not find anywhere to park. Other than the parking situation, I would stay at the Bentley again and our stay was good but not great. "

"It was late night stop over for sleep. It was convenient and perfect. Set off the highway, but accessible to several resturaunts and retail ouglets."

"There were a couple of issues but the staff went above and beyond. They were kind at the front office when we checked out and explained the few issues with the room. One of the staff members went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our own breakfast in the lobby. The hospitality was evident and they employees were very kind and understanding. "
