"All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm strip ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!! But if you want handy to all the bars and clubs its fabulous, thank you calypso im going home for a rest xx"

"Absolutely loved this hotel so much, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A beautiful pool area which was nice and quiet to send the day and the room, very clean and functional. Always use servigroup hotels as I find they have amazing standards and food at reasonable price. The Venus was no different."

"Really nice. Really nice, if you only want to stay at their place. Nothing else in the immediate vicinity. You need anything? They have no “store”. Asprin? Nope. Sunblock or sunscreen? Nope. That’s an Uber ride . The staff was exceptional. The rooms were ok. Lots of mold on the lamp shades. Sure it means nothing, but does it? Does it really? A 5 star hotel with moldy lamp shades. Children are not preferred, yet the beach the hotel is on is a public beach. So the small kids...
