"Magic villa Benidorm, advertised kids entertainment that’s why we booked it, but there was no entertainment on what so ever. Breakfast was poor, hotel is very, very dated but very clean…. Windows in room do not lock so noise outside kept us awake at night, Overall we enjoyed our break but would never go back to this hotel."

Pool area qnd bars are well staffed apart from need a permanent life guard qnd despite adequate signage parents dont no the qge of there toddlers when no under 16s in jacuzzi tub,...

"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. Very repetitive but fine. A few places to walk out to...

"Wasn’t worth the money charged. Was more of a Camping/Caravan type holiday than a hotel all inclusive. Not much to the resort, zoo and water park experience is 3 days at most. "

You have to go into benidorm to pick the key up,.the pick up point is in a hotel 0at the reception..it doesn't tell u this I just happen to go into the hotel to ask where no 1 was. !?. Took half an hour for them to find the key , I had messaged the place twice for check in help .they didn't answer "

"Excellent facilities and wonderful breakfast. Room had excellent view over harbour and beach. Good sized room but air con broke down and could not be repaired - offered another room - but with excellent view decided to stay put. Really good stay."
