"El Pao was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. However there were some things that we did not expect. I stayed in the room with the bubble. I think it’s important to note that the only access to the room with the bubble are spiral stairs, not horrible but not also the best. "Traveling several hours, arrived at 18.30 was told couldn’t order a drink until restaurant opened at 20.30 remote location so bars/cafes limited to find, staff abrupt, we don’t expect the staff to speak English but body language said it all, was told no tables available to eat outside in large eating area, we were first to restaurant no tables occupied at the time, we were very hungry, would not recommend if your not Spanish, really dissatisfied !!!!!!!!"

"Very nuce hotel located near the marina of Cabo de Palos. It has its own restaurant and bar, it is walking distance from several other restaurants aling the coast. The rooms are clean, the minibar has all the necessities for making coffee or tea. Do take note that there is available laundry but they charge it by the piece like in major hotel chains, so it may be a bit challenging if you are in Cabo de Palos for water sport activities."
