"Great new hotel with friendly staff "

"Perfect. Just waited too long to check in & they let us in only at 4pm. Otherwise everything was excellent. The room, pool, gym, the staff.. "

"Hotel is clean and very well located for the station. Rooms are a good size. Pricing was competitive. But for 4 star status I'd expect more attention to detail. There should be bottled water in the rooms (this can be done sustainably), quality toiletries including body lotion (not from dispensers that barely work), better quality fresh ingredients at breakfast, some element of table service, key cards that worked on the lifts... added to which the extractor fan was constantly on and the bedroom phone didn't work. In summary, on this experience it was Premier Inn standard. And I think Premier Inn is ok! But it should be aiming a bit higher."
