"It is always clean and good value but they had switched off the heating in the foyer and restaurant and it was verg cold dining there in the evening. This also meant my room heating was fighting against the cold and I went to bed early in my last night to gwt warm and did not eat at all"

"This is a comfortable hotel in suburban London if you are looking to step away from the hustle and inmerse in the local area or are visiting Sutton and neighbouring boroughs. Room was fairly dusty and furnishings were showing some wear and tear. Beds were very comfortable and hotel amenities including breakfast were great."
