"Booked a club lounge room for drinks and snacks in the evening as my 3 previous visits. On check in was told the times for breakfast, lunch and evening snacks in the club lounge. When entering the club lounge in the evening I was told I had to book and pay extra for food and drinks due to Ramadan. The hotel said a message should have been sent but I received nothing. Had to take room service as the only option. I pointed out on their website that they still advertise club room access at a higher price."

"The room was spacious, very clean and modern. The staff were all really professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choice and they would bring you extra things if you asked. I ate at the restaurant as well and it was good. The room I was in had an interconnecting door. I was lucky that the family in the next room were quiet but you could hear them when they were talking at a normal volume so the room could potentially be noisy. "

"The hotel is on the sea so all the rooms have sea view. Room is spacious, well equiped, with high tech function. It is located in a quite area. Staff is very nice welcoming with a nice smile on the face. They have a valet parking. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a luxury hotel with good price. "
