"Booked a club lounge room for drinks and snacks in the evening as my 3 previous visits. On check in was told the times for breakfast, lunch and evening snacks in the club lounge. When entering the club lounge in the evening I was told I had to book and pay extra for food and drinks due to Ramadan. The hotel said a message should have been sent but I received nothing. "Everything was great except for the room service. The food was late and disappointing. We ordered the pastry basket and cheese platter. The pastries were stale and far from fresh and the cheese platter offered limited choices and was poorly presented."
