"I was greeted by Jackie T who made me feel like I was being welcomed by a friend I haven't seen in while and truly wanted me to enjoy my visit. I told her my son was coming in later on his motorcycle and two hours later when he came in, she greeted him by name. He was soaked and exhausted, yet she made him smile and feel great to be there. His first comments to me was how nice Jackie T was. The beds were very comfortable, hot tub was incredible and pool warm; everything was so clean. Breakfast was also so nice and well stocked. So glad I choose this hotel to stay."

"This was just an overnight stay for us so i didn't get to experience everything. But the short time we were there was great. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were in town for The Bills baseball game and halfway thru the game we realized we left some of my husband's medical stuff in the freezer. I called them, they sent someone to look in our room, that we were checked out of already, and they were able to retrieve it for us and held it for us till we could get back to the hotel. Would def stay here again in the future. "
