"Overall a good stay for one night. The floor futons were not the most comfortable option but it was clean and spacious . It was a pretty good location but about a 10-15 min walk to the train station. "

"Check in/out was really easy. Staff was very nice. Loved that it had a tub to soak in and even a washer and dryer inside the room. Really close to the subway station. Grocery store was right across the street and 7/11 around the corner. "

"Good value, we liked this quieter side of Shinjuku but the bathroom has an awful sewer smell all the time. If the bathroom door is closed it’s fine. Overall, for the price we loved the space was we had 4 large suitcases, 1 carry on and 4 large back packs. We are a family of 4 travelling, so space was important for us."

"Everyone was nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are good size. Sheets and towels were changed every 3 days but for the 3 weeks we were there the comforter were not washed. We traveled with a baby and comforter/blankets got dirty ( left them on floor on purpose so they can see stains and change it) but they will just folded it and put it back in closet. "We stayed in the City View 2-bedroom suite. The view of the city was great at night. The layout of the room especially the hallway entrance was a bit tight. The washer/dryer combo was right across from the shower room so you couldn’t have both doors open without hitting each other. The kitchen was also in the hallway. I would’ve preferred a different layout. The mattresses were a bit firm but the duvet was comfy. There weren’t any nightstands in the bedrooms for my husband to put his cpap...

Monday Apartments are a nice touch to hotel living, the facility and staff were well prepared to address any of our needs, as well it was clean, modern and well taken care of and supplied. Location is very convenient for travelling to and from Airport and Shikensan ( both of which we used from the hotel) and Tokyo central and all major shopping districts. We would stay here again when in Tokyo. "

"Our family of 5 stayed in the Superior Family Apartment for 6 which is spacious for us. Room is clean and it's nice to have the toilet separated from the bathroom. I like the dining area and little kitchen as well. The hotel is walkable to many shops, restaurants and stations but it's at a quiet location. Staff is polite and helpful. Everything is great. I personally would love hotter shower though. "

"PROS Very cozy room but plenty of space under the bed for storing baggage. Lots of useful information on the TV home screen (WIFI password, checkout details, room cleaning schedule, public bath crowd size, etc.) Multiple power outlets, including USB. Quick walk to train stations. Unbeatable choice if attending a sumo match at the nearby stadium. Also perfect for visiting the Edo-Tokyo Museum when it reopens after the renovations conclude. Excellent Lawson convenience store located on the second floor. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. DRAWBACKS - Taller folks might find the bathroom module challenging. - Not enough elevators for the number of people in such a large hotel usually trying to reach the lobby at checkout time. - Stairs only for emergencies above the second floor. "

"Another wonderful hotel our family had the pleasure of staying at during our Japan adventure trip! Top-notch hotel with good value! Updated with plenty of amenities and conveniently located near Tokyo Sky Dome. Comfortable beds, pajamas, and clean rooms. The best part of it all were the hotel staff; incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. As visitors from US, we felt so welcomed. We truly appreciated all the assistance with navigating our trip ( ie hotel check in, travel/food advice, ordering us our taxi to the Narita airport). We highly recommended this hotel! 5/5 stars! "
