"The hotel boasted pictures online of beautiful, nice rooms but we did not get what we expected. Because we opted for a more cost effective room, we were put in a small cell of a space outside the main castle which felt neither charming or friendly. The walls were bare and dingy and had holes. There were no windows or air conditioning units so we had to sleep with our door open to get fresh air which made us feel uncomfortable.
