"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

Die Wohnung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen aber sie war ordentlich, sauber und groß. Die Betten in den Kinderzimmern sind nicht so optimal aber für uns war es okay. Every sunrise and sunset, plus the sky full of stars every night was the best of the holidays. The day of the arrival we noticed there was no airco and we freaked out. "Lovely little aparthotel. Simple accommodation, simple breakfast. Slept amazingly well and the pool on the roof is exquisite. We were not planning on having a car at the time of booking, however we did get one later and, when we arrived Saturday night, it was impossible! to find parking anywhere near the hotel. Even the lovely gentleman on reception tried to help us to no avail. In the end we had to park 2,5 miles away. Sunday evening we managed to park closer, therefore I would not recommend...

"Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. There are multiple restaurants and a bar on site which all serve great food and drink. The pool area is clean and quiet and Carlos is always around to help. All the staff at this hotel are brilliant, always approachable and helpful. The hotel is located a short walk away from the centre of Santa Cruz through a lovely park.
