"I booked this Riad/Hotel because of the Expedia reviews being so positive. I would have agreed with all the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and helpful with places to see and dine. They will take the time to welcome you with Moroccan Tea and treats and provide important information for your stay in Marrakech. I especially love the snack bag provided when I took excursions and my trip to airport. All staff from doormen, reception, and waiters were all pleasant and greeted you everyday....

"Happy for the price. Pool was closed despite 31 degrees but it was November. The hotel is in line with the standard to expect and if you are a first timer you may feel it is lacking in ways. Go without expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were great and helpful. It was quire at night and taxi to the main square is 5 euros. I would recommend this hotel on price and location. Parking is easy although I don’t advise renting a car as driving in Marrakech is...

"Really nice staff and convenient location in the middle of the Medina. One small complaint - I have a very strict “ no shoes rule “ in my room or wherever I stay and upon showing us our space the host just walked around the room and even into our shower with their shoes on. Little odd but not enough to be an issue. They had an AC unit in room which is always a plus! "

"The property boasts two restaurants and a Jazz quartet every night until 11:00 pm. If you are looking for a quiet esthetic this is not the place for you. It is walking distance to shopping and restaurants in the Jemaa El Fna. The staff are very attentive, but do work on "Marrakech time". The only sour note was the missed booking for our hotel to airport shuttle which lead to a late departure from the hotel/Rhiad early Saturday morning. "Great location…you’re not located in the crazy part which is really nice. Walking distance to a strip of restaurants and where all the street food is located. Close taxi ride to Medina. We walked there it wasn’t too bad but we enough walking. But lots of cars to look out for The riad is little hard to find at first but it was night time and I think that’s normal in marrakesh. But once we found it, we never got lost . There’s a parking lot just about a 5 min walk from the riad. We paid him 10...

"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...
