"What an Amazing Riad with Amazing Staff. We stayed here for 7 nights and all the staff were very friendly, genuine and helpful. Airport transfers were arranged through Riad Karmela and we could not believe the effort of both of our drivers...on arrival he had waited over 2 hours for us! "Happy for the price. Pool was closed despite 31 degrees but it was November. The hotel is in line with the standard to expect and if you are a first timer you may feel it is lacking in ways. Go without expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The staff at the hotel were great and helpful. It was quire at night and taxi to the main square is 5 euros. I would recommend this hotel on price and location. Parking is easy although I don’t advise renting a car as driving in Marrakech is...

"Fantastic stay. We had such a good time and the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived until the time we left everyone was so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were perfect. Great location too, it was just on the outskirts of the Medina so taxis could get there. It was a 10 min walk to the souks and palace."

"I have a hard time to find the location since the google map show the location wrong, a local guy take us over there and ask for a tip. I guess is this is normal there. The place is cute and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The personal very friendly is close to the plaza, overall I enjoyed "

"My wife had to point it out, but the idea of the Riad is to enjoy life the way that the owners had in the past. Its remarkable to go from the crazy business of the medina to the oasis of the Riad. The rooms were luxurious and the entire Riad was so calm and quiet. The breakfasts were incredible. Really enjoyed my stay"

"The property was stunning and the man who checked us in was very nice. Our room was very nice too with a private terrace. The breakfast was amazing. There were unfortunately small numbers of ants in our room which were a bit inconvenient. "Good location and friendly staff. The Riad is dated and needs a facelift. The furniture has seen better days. The breakfast room door has a large pain of glass missing which has been for months. Rooms are small. An economicaly Riad but overpriced. Did not use the hot tub or the sun loungers as they did not look inviting. Good basic breakfast service."

"This was an idyllic riad near much of the medina. The service was outstanding. They met us near the tombs where we were let off, and guided us through the side alleys personally. After making us feel welcome and settled with our very early check-in, they supplied us with a phone for navigation and to call the hotel if we needed something. "They are so friendly. Trying to speak spanish, English is good. Clean, easy to arrive. It is really central, at the beginning we were afraid because in the day it is dark the path, but we can arrive late safe because the Medina is open til late, and light on. Good breakfast as well. ** we didn't know about to pay taxes in cash , so, add this amount for every riad** "
