"This property is located just 2 minutes walk to historic mosque and a short walk (7 minutes walk) to main square. Staff is amazing and each room is decorated beautifully. You have to see this place from inside to appreciate its beauty. It almost looks like you have walked in a movie set… we throughly enjoyed our three nights at this property and will visit again."

"WOW! Absolutely beautiful! We booked this for our honeymoon based on a hotels.com search, as well as near perfect reviews! In fact its overall score was 8.9 out of 10! I have to be honest, I would give it a 9.5! Everything was near perfect, breakfast was delicious as was the food offered, although the menu could be extended - but this is a personal preference. There isn’t currently a spa on site, although they partner with a spa in Marrakesh, however, the owner advised they are looking...

"A beautiful surprise as it is in the historical section of Marrakech. Close to the Medina. Luxurious interior. Multi storey with wonderful rooftop views. Wonderful service from start to end of our stay. Hospitable in every way. A great find!"

"Exceptionally friendly and helpful owners and staff without being intrusive. Really useful advice on arrival about customs, where to go, how to be safe. Marrakesh is quite a culture shock for first timers until you get used to it but the teams help was great. Wish we had had in out first trip a few years ago Although the Riad Houdou isnt a restaurant, we would recommend eating there at least once. You need to book it before 11 though. Thoroughly recommend"

"Walking distance to the Main Square. Staff are nice. They made arrangements for my airport transportation. For a first timer, it is not easy to find the hotel as the location does not allow entry of taxi. I used Google Map to find the place after I got down from the transpo service. There was no signage at all. "

"This is a small hotel with a distinct Moroccan feel and beautiful gardens that hug the pool and rooms. My room was a little tired decor wise but had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in (including my own at home!). Excellent aircon and a free bottle of water each day. The stone floor in my room added to keeping it cool in the hot August sun of 46°C but it seemed grubby, as on wiping up a spillage of suncream, a fair amount of what look like dirt, came up too . "This hotel made our holiday. It was definitely worth the premium. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with such great international variety! The rooms were spacious and facilities ample. Chaima, the guest relations manager was amazing…she went above & beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you again Chaima…we really appreciate it. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends. "

"First and foremost… the worker especially Hassan is such an asset to this Riad. Very accommodating, gave us recommendations (do’s and don’t), took time to explain and tour us on the Riad. The place is very near to tourist attractions. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood late at night .The place is clean."
