"We were nervous arriving at this hotel as some reviews were horrific! We were delighted to find that the room and en-suite bathroom were absolutely spotless. Yes, the stairs are a bit grubby and *very* steep but so were every other stairs we came across in Amsterdam. We got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and 2 very spacious bathrooms. The size of the apartment is amazing, and decor is so lovely. The staffs are great and very helpful.
