"I was unaware of the $100 deposit nd was unable to get the room..the only way to avoid the deposit is paying the full price upfront in cash and the lady at the desk was very rude about everything and constantly kept asking if I had a dog as if that was the only thing she was concerned about. "This little nook is very cozy. Our host was very attentive with any questions and left us a champagne split and chocolates upon arrival. The home is well maintained and decorated. I was worried that since pets are allowed it would have an odor, but that was not the case.It had everything we needed. There were no napkins, but paper towels; so no big deal.Great place to stay in Winston-Salem."
