"We love this little house. It’s our second time staying here and we are making it our go to. "

"This is a great house and great property, big and private and the view is beautiful . Everything is very clean. We all loved the big mudroom in the entryway to drop our wet stuff. The fireplace inside was very cozy. The whole house is cozy. My only recommendation is to consider a queen/king bed in the basement as right now there are two twin beds and two bunk beds, which is great for kids, but not so great for adults/ couples. We will definitely book again."

It was in a great location to get to whiteface but also into Lake Placid.The house was exactly as shown if not better! Everything was beautifully decorated and cozy. The king bed and queen beds were really comfortable and none of the 4 kids said anything bad about their beds. The kids adventured on the river with some of the adults which was beautiful. "We stayed Aug 17-24. Even with the weather being not so great we had a great time. The house has everything you need. It was spotless and very comfortable. We managed to get in a few games of Cornhole and enjoyed the fire pit at night. My daughters went out in the canoe. It’s a beautiful spot on the lake with a nice little beach and dock. My nephew caught a nice size fish right off the dock. Amy was so nice and very accommodating. We had no issues on our trip at all. "

"We rented the house for a weekend to accomodate a large group and the house was perfect for that purpose. The home was clean and we woke up to amazing mountain and river views. The common areas were spacious and the kitchen was large and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The home was more equipped than expected (we usually camp, so there were more amenities than we are used to having) and the location was perfect- close to hikes, Lake Placid, and easy to find.
