"Second time returning to this great hotel. Excellent central Adelaide location close to tram stop and Rundle mall. Rooms in very good condition with very comfortable bed. However, some staining on carpets and loud noises coming from fridge and toilet throughout the night. We have stayed at this hotel before and the noisy amenities were only an issue in the most recent room. Overall, lovely hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in Adelaide."

"The overall stay was good and so was the overall cleanliness. But the carpets really need to be re-done because of the staining and a fresh paint coat would not hurt. The shower door did not close properly. No mirror in the room except the one in the bathroom. TV needs an upgrade with a remote that has visible letters/numbers. Not sure why they charge 28 dollars parking fee per day, which I thought was very hefty. Staff was friendly and helpful 😊 "
