"Good location but very little parking available so advisable to pay for on site parking. Had difficulty initially accessing property with passcode and had to enter when another tenant entered. On entry to the apartment there was an overpowering smell of (i think) curry and i had to open windows and spray room freshener to get rid of it . "Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

"Requested parking but no ticket was left in lock box. Spoke to someone on phone whom I could barely understand. Ended up paying $33 instead of $15 for parking. Have to request if you want the 3rd queen bed set up which is not stated anywhere on booking site. According to the email I received back when I complained you have to request the extra bed and linen which is charged on the guidebook form but I rechecked the form and there is nowhere to request this. One of my children had to sleep on...
