A wonderfully modern, well-appointed apartment hotel. All staff from reception to house-keeping were courteous and helpful. The apartment had great facilities - bedroom and bedding of high quality and a good kitchen facilities. The hotel was a haven and we would stay there again.

Great communication from the property before our stay. There was an issue with the hot water and they gave us the information we needed to make a choice about our stay. Quest on Franklin is a great place to stay in Adelaide. Our apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Parking was only 100 metres away and easy to access.

Loved everything. If you’re wanting a hotel that has everything on your doorstep maybe this hotel isn’t for you. Having said that most things were only about a 15min walk away. My only complaint was how hard the beds were. But a very minor complaint. Check in staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to check in and out swiftly. Overall a good stay.
