"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. "There are hardly enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was at Moonfra. The property is located in a charming village outside of Asti, with many nearby villages with delicious restaurants serving piemontese cuisine. Chiara and her family could not be more welcoming and helpful. My only regret is that our stay was too short. We look forward to returning soon."

"We really enjoyed the host and the family at the location. They are super and really take care of you. The restaurant is really cosy and has great food. They really know how to prepare nice plates and combine this with good wine. The apartment was less. The electronic equipment didn’t work and the roof was completely damaged. It didn’t rain a lot but when it did the apartment flooded. When the apartment has repairs it’s the best. "
