"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

The property was quite basic for my taste and in a more rural area than I would have liked especially as I was driving on narrow country roads at night to return to the property. "There are hardly enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was at Moonfra. The property is located in a charming village outside of Asti, with many nearby villages with delicious restaurants serving piemontese cuisine. Chiara and her family could not be more welcoming and helpful. My only regret is that our stay was too short. We look forward to returning soon."

"We were lucky enough to stay here for five nights. Each morning we woke up to fog rolling through the vineyard that slowly revealed the amazing views through out the day. The home was as pictured, well appointed with items we needed for cooking and relaxing. Everything was quite comfortable. Michael and Diana were both so pleasant and communicative through the entire process. Dreaming of a return trip in the warmer months to make use of the beautiful pool!"
