"This is an apartment without traditional concierge. Once booked, they start to communicate with you till you check in. They gave a pass code to enter main and unit door. Overall is nice on the interior. Exterior/Surrounding are very run down. No shower curtain around the bath tub, so after bath, water all over the place. "

Eleanor and Glyn have clearly put a lot of effort into making sure their visitors have a wonderful stay a whole folder of information and ideas of where to go and what to do and have ensured that the apartment is very well equipped. "We really enjoyed the host and the family at the location. They are super and really take care of you. The restaurant is really cosy and has great food. They really know how to prepare nice plates and combine this with good wine. The apartment was less. The electronic equipment didn’t work and the roof was completely damaged. It didn’t rain a lot but when it did the apartment flooded. When the apartment has repairs it’s the best. "

"The apartment & pool were both nice. Stefano was warm & accommodating. Nice casual restaurant right next door. Pretty, peaceful area. Quibbles: not many conveniences nearby. The parking area had building materials, old bikes, etc. strew about, felt a little worried when we arrived. A good stay all and all."

"Our family had the best time at this place. Beautiful surrounding. Quiet and peace all around. The best restaurant a block away. The city of Nizza 2 minutes by car. Paradise in Italy. "As advertised on the website. The only downside is the slanted ceiling (which the pictures on the website clearly reveal, some were not misled). If you are tall, you will need to watch your head in one end of the apartment, but this was not too difficult. Cristina was very helpful and the location and condition of the apartment were excellent. "

"We had never previously been to Piemont, but found this property on Vrbo and it was just what we were looking for - quiet location but not too far from town. The apartment was excellent, with all facilities we needed, including air conditioning and a lovely swimming pool and gardens. The owner communicated with us before during and after our stay. "Nice location in center of Acqua Terme. Lovely apartment with air conditioning. The only slight hiccup Was with trying to but being unable to adjust dates of stay through VRBO even though we were within the change dates. Would stay here again though."

"We had a wonderful stay at Stefania’s apartment, it was perfect for 3 adults. Check in and check out were seamless. Stefania was very gracious, welcoming and helpful. The place is clean, well appointed, comfortable, close to the center and very conveniently located to everything.
