"Our week at Liliana’s beautiful Castello was a delight. We were a party of 8; two parents & 6 young adults 17-23. There was plenty of beds to go round and enough bathrooms too. "It was a disgusting hostile. , from the moment we got there as a front desk lady with mad p***** off rude. Then they kicked us out after one night. I was so afraid to move when I was in the room that I. Was gonna need a tetanus shot with rust and mold and nasty sheets it was gross I hope nobody stays there because it did put us in a spot and they refuse to give us back our money."

"Michaelangelo helped us every step of the way and even went out of his way to help us check in. He was amazing, thank you! The place is extremely clean, beautiful rooms, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is perfect for those who want to be near the downtown area. I highly recommend this stay and do yourself a favor and try the strawberry gelato at Bar Cipriani--you haven't tried a strawberry until you have tried this. Absolutely wonderful stay!!! "

Major issues with swimming pool (out of action for 5 of our 14 days), with water pressure (20 mins for shower to warm up and then only a dribble), extremely loud and frequently barking dog. Although located in a side street it is adjacent to a major road - plenty of traffic noise during the day. Location convenient for Etna and the sites on the east side of the island."
