"Property very tastefully furnished, friendly hosts (who speak very little English). OK for 2 people, would be a bit tight for 4. Major issues with swimming pool (out of action for 5 of our 14 days), with water pressure (20 mins for shower to warm up and then only a dribble), extremely loud and frequently barking dog. Although located in a side street it is adjacent to a major road - plenty of traffic noise during the day. Location convenient for Etna and the sites on the east side of the island."

"The Mori House is nicely remodeled, and very clean! It is a five minute walk to Catania Picanello train station, and three minute walk to a small grocery store and Tris Bar, which offers all snacks/meals. It is a forty minute walk into the historic center of Catania. The neighborhood is old and a bit run down, but safe. The property manager is excellent, providing quick and helpful responses to all communications. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is located at the end of a dead end street so plenty of easy parking. I would recommend having a car for this apartment. We had a tremendous thunderstorm on our first night and had a very short blackout. Unbelievably our host came over through the downpour to make sure we were ok. There is a large grocery store about 5 minutes away to pick up supplies. We had a great dinner out at Le Serre only a few minutes away....

"We had a lovely stay this summer at Mario’s place. The house was very clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the sea. We loved the balcony off kitchen, and the location of the house central to main square in town and the path down to the sea.
