"The house is not fancy but it is a good value and the neighborhood is very cool. Grab some baguettes at the panaderia by the Ermita de Santa Isabel just a couple of blocks away and get food and drinks at the Autogiro Ermita Cantina a couple of blocks past that. You won't regret it!"

"Property was as advertised. Leaking pool was fixed by week 3. We filled it up daily prior to repair. Pool doesn’t get much sun in the courtyard so water stays cold. Wifi worked only near pool area and in back bedroom. Air conditioning worked well in both bedrooms. Furniture in living room was uncomfortable and one chair was unusable due to damaged seat.A kitchen table and chairs were located near the pool but we would have prepared reclining chairs or lounges to relax on after a dip.
