"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"Hotel is womderful. We had a terrible experience at the previous hotel we satyed and hotels.com was useless in helping us resolve our issue. But as soon as we got to the Hyatt it was great. "Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. "The staff were amazing and the room was clean and refreshed each day. There is a restaurant as part of the complex that offers a view of the pyramids and a small pool. Whilst the surrounding area offers little it is still only a ten min walk to the pyramids and the hotel courtyard is beautiful. "

"A very beautiful hotel right in front of the Great Sphinx. Amazing breakfast and the chief was the sweetest and kind. Front desk staff was very nice and let me borrow their phone charger. I had to go to the airport early at 2:30AM and they packed me breakfast. So kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend it if you want to be near the pyramid. The only drawback is the noise. So loud all night from outside until 1:30AM. "

"I was so incredibly happy with my stay at Sama Hotel. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were absolutely brilliant (especially Ali!), so kind and helpful. The location is great, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. As a solo female traveller especially, I felt so safe here. It was all perfect. I’ll definitely be staying here whenever I’m in Cairo. 10/10!"

"Perfect spot to come back to after a day in downtown Cairo. Concierge was great at getting us a guide to the pyramids and Sphinx. We learned a lot and had a wonderful day. We walked all over the island and had a lovely dinner. Dinners and desserts on site were delicious. The ample breakfast buffet was more than we could possibly enjoy in one sitting so we were pleased to have three mornings to try everything. "
