"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at The Lane Retreat. Check-in was seamless, and we appreciated receiving the access code 30 minutes before check-in time. The place was immaculate..neat, tidy, and incredibly modern yet cosy. It was such a relaxing experience, and the highlight for us was the close encounter with kangaroos right next to our door. "We have driven to Brisbane a number of times and never knew this place existed! Very affordable, large spacious rooms and, while some of the rooms are dated, the location and amenities are excellent for those using it as a stopover to Brisbane. Staff are lovely, very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. There is a pool, which we didn’t use, and the gardens and grounds are nice. We will be staying there again."
