We had to arrive late but check in was easy. The property is very walkable and nicely landscaped. The pool was good and everyone seemed to be really enjoying themselves.

I didn’t like the fact the touch lamp wouldn’t turn off having to remove the light bulb, huge crack in the bathroom sink and a shower bath that you had to step over to get in, you couldn’t park directly outside your door, unfortunately it was raining when we arrived there we got extremely wet carrying out bags from the car, the location was perfect for where we had to go, the rooms were clean and tidy. Enough space for two people.

We had a 2 night stay here over a long weekend. Check-in was super easy. Front desk staff were delightful - very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious but rather dated and not up to date with maintenance (3 light bulbs were not working, fridge and microwave service check dates were way overdue). Queen bed mattress was old and we could feel the springs. Housekeeping I must say was sub-standard and didn't make up our room properly. Hotel facilities were good - nice pool and has a tennis court and bikes for hire. Overall experience was 6/10.

I enjoyed the privacy that the property provides as each room is part of its own little space and it feels like you’re the only one there (even though you’re not). The room I stayed it had its own mini fridge, microwave and kettle as well as a kitchen style sink. I particularly enjoyed the spa style bath inside the bathroom and this was used every night I stayed. A lovely place to stay and it’s pretty central to a lot of key places to visit in the Hunter Valley.

Rooms are basic, but for the price no complaints. The rooms share a common wall with the other side, which is very thin, I could hear someone snoring when i went to bed. In the morning I could hear there kids making noise... Location is very good, a short walk to the Hunter Gardens

We have stayed here a few times and will stay again. Good location. Walking distance to restaurants. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights in a well equipped one bedroom unit. It was clean and functional. Relatively quiet despite Broke Road being close. As staying in the area is usually expensive, my tip is to stay on a Sunday night and get up early to drive to work the next day to make the stay more economical.
