"Bizarre hotel in good location. Whole place felt grubby and poorly designed and furnished. Staff were asleep on chairs outside the rooms, really strange. No sense of customer service. Bed uncomfortable. Electricity and light switches hard to work out and weird. No free parking, no parking at all, even though they advertised it. Terrible. "

"We had a good stay in a deluxe room. We stayed 2 nights and only interacted with 3 members of the staff - reception, bar and breakfast staff who just told us to pick a table and help ourselves. The deluxe room was spacious with lovely shower and bathroom but could have done with extra touches eg hooks for towels and robes by the shower, tissues, toiletries and adequate supply of loo roll.
