"Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen."

I was warmly greeted by the staff, who even offered a nice hot cup of coffee. The reception area is large, comfortable, and was playing some great music. It's a fun atmosphere. My room was just what I needed, the floor was quiet, and the next day the staff kindly allowed us to store our bags for a few hours so we could explore the Christmas market...

"Very convenient for Aachen Christmas market. Super friendly staff. Clean room. Used bar both evenings and drinks were reasonable and delicious. Didn’t have breakfast as we had it on the go from fantastic bakeries and cafes in town. Aachen beautiful - you must see the cathedral! "

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and in good condition, and our room was comfortable. We did hear some noise from the street in the night, but that was the only minor issue. Overall we were very happy with our stay here."
