Friendly helpful staff particularly the house keeping team plus Paul and Rémi on reception who helped me sort an online metro pass and were generally friendly. A wonderful rooftop bar and outside area downstairs- all the reasons I chose the hotel and am delighted to say it delivered."

"Amazing Stay – Felt Like Home! I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and ended up booking an extra day because I enjoyed it so much! From the start, the experience was excellent. Amed at the reception was a highlight of my stay. He was incredibly friendly, always had a great sense of humor, and genuinely went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. It’s rare to come across someone so warm and dedicated—I really appreciated his kindness and positive energy. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day out. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to downtown, with everything I needed close by. I already can’t wait to come back to Paris and I really hope Amed is still there when I return. "This is our second stay here at this place. Our room conditions were not quite as nice as the first stay. Room 1702 had tape over the smoke detector and the fan from the air conditioning was very loud. The hotel did fix those issues after we told them about. The room has definitely seen some wear which could be addressed easily. The breakfast could have a little variety but it wasn’t bad."
