Front desk was 24hours. English speaking. Very helpful/knowledgeable with all questions and suggestions. They were able to book taxi back to the airport. Metro station very close! We walked 12-15 miles a day, so what a relief to have a 2min walk from the station at the end of the day :)

Typical French petit hotel located in calm and safe area, 0 min to a metro station, 5min walk to a department store. Breakfast is good, the staff is kind. No mini-bar(frigo) is available in some rooms.

Great property. Clean, quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Steps away from two metro stations, shopping, and food. I would absolutely stay at this property again. I was a single who stayed on a double room. I appreciated the full-size bathroom.

The frontdesk & reservation department are rude & inflexible, they charged full although i arrived one day late due to cancelled flight and called them, they still charged as a no show. Very ignorant people, will never ever stay there again

Excellent location with lots of restaurants within walking distance, shopping, metro, and some tourist attractions. The breakfast was perfect to start our day. Yogurt, fresh fruit, tea/coffee, pastries/bread, sliced meats and eggs. Hotel was clean and quiet and the rooms were a fair size. Would definitely stay here again.

My room was small but comfortable. The stall was extremely helpful. There was a problem with hot water but that was a result of construction on the street. Loved the location.

good service. good location. The hotel location is very close to Le Bon March and the surrounding area is safe. We arrived at the hotel early and they helped us get into the room early. Hotel also provide simple afternoon tea. Very dedicated service. I asked the counter person to send two postcards on November 2nd and paid the fee. It's been almost two months now and I still haven't received the postcard. Just don't know what happened, maybe the post office did not deliver my postcards?
