"The hotel was everything we were looking for to have a comfortable and convenient location near attractions. We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. But yes the phone in the room does not work but the front desk doesn’t answer the phone even when placing a call from your cellphone. But everyone we encountered at the front desk was friendly and efficient. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels every time we needed some but we kept the sign of do not disturb on our door at all times. We did not have any breakfasts there as our reservation did not include breakfast so can’t review the food. I saw some reviews with issues with temperature in the room being too hot, the heater and ac is in Celsius so keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend! "

"Easy walk to Louvre and train and bud"

"I was concerned when I read the area around Chatelet Les Halles was too busy but once we were checked in I was even more confused. From the hotel the metro station and a few blocks of wonderful cafes were immediately accessible, and we were walkable to so many Paris attractions. Our last night we discovered the "busy" area of Les Halles to the north east of the hotel toward Le Centre Pompidou, and while it was busy we never felt unsafe. Our room itself was wonderfully updated and perfect to sleep 3 people. The twin sleeper in the living area was comfortable, the water closet for the toilet was appreciated, and there was well thought of storage, mirrors, and a table seating area. The kitchenette was nicely appointed as well. The staff spoke English and was helpful, there was free coffee, hot chocolate and filtered water in the lobby. We also used the laundry facility and it was extremely appreciated."

"If I can give it more than 5 stars, I would. They are excellent in every way starting with their top notch and friendly customer service (24/7), clean hotel, and well maintained rooms. For my fellow American travelers, this is a typical -but an amazing- boutique Parisian hotel with a very sweet and cozy feel to it, very charming, elegant, sophisticated, cute, romantic, and yes… with very small rooms and facilities. But who needs more sleeping space in Paris when we will be spending all our days outside visiting the city? This hotel is literally a walking distance to so many amazing places in Paris (Seine, Louvre, Champs Elysee, shopping, tons of restaurants, metro, buses, trains, etc… you can’t go wrong. We looooooved this hotel so much, loved their hosts, and really enjoyed their customer service experience. We will be back for sure! They made us feel home."

"Centrally located, close to many attractions like the Louvre Museum, Tuileries Garden, Palais Royal, etc. Notre Dame cathedral is walkable from the hotel. Designer shopping mall is very close by. Many restaurants around the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful; speak English so well. Well recommended!"
